Agreement to Terms

By accessing IggyPlug.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Description of Services

IggyPlug provides organic Instagram growth services including audience targeting, strategic outreach, and follower growth management. All services are performed by human team members in compliance with Instagram's terms of service. We do not use bots, automation software, or any third-party tools that violate Instagram's platform policies.

Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Own or have authorized access to the Instagram account you submit to us
• Ensure your account complies with Instagram's community guidelines and terms of service
• Provide accurate information about your account, niche, and target audience
• Maintain an active, public Instagram account for the duration of your service

Payments and Billing

Payment is required in advance for all plans. Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. The one-week trial is a one-time charge with no automatic renewal. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active clients.

Results and Guarantees

We provide follower growth estimates based on historical averages across accounts in similar niches. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual results may vary based on your content quality, niche competitiveness, account age, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific follower counts and do not offer refunds based solely on growth volume.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by emailing iggy@iggyplug.com. Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. The one-week trial is non-cancellable after purchase as the service begins immediately.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services in connection with accounts that:

• Violate Instagram's community guidelines or terms of service
• Promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Are operated primarily for spam or deceptive purposes

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund for accounts that violate these conditions.

Limitation of Liability

IggyPlug is not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram against your account, including but not limited to account suspension, removal, or reduced reach. We operate in compliance with Instagram's terms and take all reasonable precautions, but we cannot guarantee that Instagram's policies or enforcement actions will not affect your account. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on IggyPlug.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by IggyPlug and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
