By accessing IggyPlug.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
IggyPlug provides IggyPlug Tracker, a subscription analytics service that monitors publicly available follower information for an Instagram account you own or control, and reports changes to you. The service identifies accounts that have stopped following you and accounts that have newly followed you, and delivers this information by email and through a private dashboard.
IggyPlug Tracker reads only publicly accessible profile information. We never request, store, or use your Instagram password or login credentials, and we do not access, post to, or take any action on your Instagram account. We do not sell followers, likes, views, engagement, or any other social media activity, and we do not provide follower growth services.
To use our services, you must:
Payment is required in advance for all plans. Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. The one-week trial is a one-time charge with no automatic renewal. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active clients.
IggyPlug Tracker reports changes it detects in publicly available follower information. Instagram does not publish a record of unfollows, so detection depends on comparing snapshots taken at each weekly check. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee that every change will be detected: accounts that follow and unfollow between two checks may not appear, private or deleted accounts may be omitted, and Instagram rate limiting can occasionally delay a scan. The service requires a public Instagram account and supports accounts up to 100,000 followers.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by emailing iggy@iggyplug.com. Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. The one-week trial is non-cancellable after purchase as the service begins immediately.
You agree not to use our services in connection with accounts that:
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund for accounts that violate these conditions.
IggyPlug is not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram against your account, including but not limited to account suspension, removal, or reduced reach. We operate in compliance with Instagram's terms and take all reasonable precautions, but we cannot guarantee that Instagram's policies or enforcement actions will not affect your account. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on IggyPlug.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by IggyPlug and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
