Because IggyPlug delivers a human-powered service that begins immediately upon payment, all sales are generally considered final. We do not offer refunds based solely on the volume of followers gained, as results naturally vary based on factors including niche, content quality, account history, and Instagram's algorithm.
That said, we take client satisfaction seriously and evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness and good faith.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Cancelling your plan stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you cancel and believe you are entitled to a refund under the eligible situations listed above, include that request in your cancellation email.
